We'd prefer if you have your Virginia Safety Inspector license; Emissions would be a plus too - but neither is a deal-breaker, assuming that you could acquire them.  We'd be happy to walk you through the process if need be.

If the winning applicant can't make over 100k a year, we'll be sorely disappointed.
