Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Train and mentor sales staff to improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
